Pop Up But Not Sure?
When I log into my bank and cell phone websites, I don't have any problems with the bill PDF's opening in a popup...But that could also because I allowed it and Since it is a user's action that opens the window, I can only think that because it goes through 2 other functions first, it is making the pop-up blocker kick in. I like it that it does not show up once you have signed up, because I find it annoying when it happens to me! From the Tools menu (the gear icon on the far right), select Internet options. But, because browser's are updated frequently, it maybe be best to view your browser's help pages for the most up-to-date information on how to enable pop-ups. That's hardly the fault of the user. In this example, you must allow popup.example.com, not www.example.com. Ensure the Block pop-up windows option is not checked.
