So basically my computer is on lock down and i cant do much about it. I thought I'd already tried it but apparently I hadn't...I don't have Dell Recovery and Backup Manager. I couldn't start my computer in safe mode so couldn't take ownership and delete that way.Tried installing 2010 again - same error.I ran CCleaner and WinASO Registry Optimizer and then tried I ran HijackThis again, & included the text below.

I've also gone into the D: drive into Properties>Tools>Error-Checking & set it up to check the D: drive. i can see it connecting to the site but its not letting me go all the way. It is not my physical keyboard's fault but rather an issue with some sort of virus/bug messing with Vista. or read our Welcome Guide to learn how to use this site.
